Requirements
- 1.5+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service
- Experience with automations, data modeling, and sharing settings
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher)
Will Be a Plus
- Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud / Field Service)
- Experience with Data Cloud
- Basic knowledge of Agentforce
Responsibilities
- Implement business and technical requirements in Salesforce
- Configure and maintain Salesforce environment, including Field Service
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and access settings
- Set up and support automations (Flows, Process Builder where applicable)
- Maintain data quality and resolve data-related issues
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to system functionality and automations
- Provide user support and training
