Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and/or Grantmaking Cloud
- Strong understanding of grant management or nonprofit business processes
- Experience with: Flow Builder, Reports & Dashboards, Permission Sets & Security, Data Import/Export, Basic Salesforce automation
- Understanding of Salesforce data model and platform capabilities
- Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
- English level: Upper-Intermediate
- Ukrainian level: Advanced
Will Be a Plus
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of Apex or SOQL
- Experience working in consulting, outsourcing, or implementation projects
- Previous experience with nonprofit organizations or foundations
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions, including Grantmaking-related functionality
- Support grant lifecycle processes: applications, reviews, approvals, funding, and reporting
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Customize objects, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
- Manage user access, profiles, permissions, and data quality
- Collaborate with administrators, developers, and business teams to improve platform processes
- Support integrations with third-party systems when required
- Provide user training and ongoing platform support
- Participate in testing, deployments, and documentation creation
